MOBILE URGENT CARE SERVICES

Now your home is the waiting room.

We don’t just care about kids, but their parents too! We know trying to get in to see a pediatrician can be stressful and frustrating, especially if you aren’t able to get an appointment as quickly as you’d like. If your child is not in a life-threatening situation, rather than resorting to going to an urgent care or Emergency Room, (where you are left with either large bills, subpar care, or both), let us come to you!

Our mobile clinic is clean and sterile, has the feeling of any high-end doctor’s office, and is equipped to handle any visit that a brick-and-mortar urgent care can provide. Rest assured your child will be under the care of a pediatric-trained provider: taking care of kids is all we do!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do in case of a medical emergency?

If your child is in a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 or visit the Emergency Room. If the condition is not life threatening, and you are able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, we provide most any sick visit service a pediatrician does, in addition to fixing lacerations which primary care pediatricians sometimes refer to urgent care or ER facilities.

What medical services do you provide?

Our mobile urgent care provides same day services that treat many common conditions in children. Please review a list of some of those conditions on our services page above. We now offer concierge primary pediatric care as well. Find out more here.

Are there any medical services you don’t provide?

We currently do not have the capability of performing x-rays in our mobile care units, but hope to add this as a future service. Our mobile urgent care doesn’t offer routine well checks or immunizations. For those services please click here to learn more about our concierge primary care services.

What ages of kids do you see?

We are a mobile pediatric urgent care service that provides medical care to patients from newborns to age 21. Unlike IncrediCare, many urgent care facilities are not equipped to see small infants under 6 years of age.

Is it a medical doctor or a PA that will treat my child?

Your child will be under the care of either a medical doctor or nurse practitioner. Remember, that our providers only see kids. Our medical director is a board certified pediatric emergency physician and periodically reviews your child’s chart to ensure that guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics are followed. Our team also has monthly training meetings specifically on common pediatric conditions,

Do you do routine physicals?

We can perform any physicals required for children to participate in sports, scouts, or for church or missionary service. Our fee for sports physicals is $100.

Can IncrediCare act as my child’s primary care physician?

Our mobile urgent care is here to take care of your child during acute illnesses or injuries. To learn more about IncrediCare Pediatrics concierge primary care service click here.

Can you come inside my house?

In cases where the patient is unable to step out of your home and into our mobile pediatric unit, we are fine to be welcomed into your home at your request. Our medical van is properly equipped with everything we need, and with a sterile environment, so most times we prefer to see the patient there.

Can I sit with my child?

Having a legal guardian present with the child is mandatory. Our medical van has a provided area for parents to sit and observe their child receive care.

What kind of privacy can I expect?

Our medical van provides the same level of privacy as a normal doctor’s office.

What if extra care is needed?

If your child needs to be referred to a pediatric hospital for extra care, the doctor will help you determine which hospital would work best for your child’s situation, and will call ahead to refer them.

What is your service area?

Our service area is illustrated on the map found on Services page above. Anyone trying to make an appointment outside of our service area will need to contact us; depending on availability we may be able to come to you or meet up at a location in our service area.

Do you keep charts and records of the visit?

Yes, we’ll have your child’s Electronic Health Record and update it, and will give you access to an online portal where you can see all your child’s health records from our visit.

Do you do accept insurance?

At IncrediCare Pediatrics, we are committed to providing top-notch care for your little ones. During these challenging financial times, we understand the importance of providing exceptional pediatric care while being mindful of the cost. We accept Nevada Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health and Life, United Healthcare, and UMR as in-network, and all PPO insurances as out-of-network. While we are eagerly anticipating becoming in-network providers soon, at this time we are Out-of-Network; however we will take care of all claim submissions to your insurance company on your behalf, so you can focus on what matters most: your child’s health and well-being. Furthermore, our promise to you is that you will never receive a surprise balance bill from us.
