Hospital Discharge follow-up. Well visits at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months.
4 Months – 24 Months
Well visits at 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 24 months:
- Developmental Screening
- Developmental Age guidance support
- Nutritional support
24 Months – 4 Years
Three well visits per year:
- Guidance on Potty Training, Sleep Training, Behavioral concerns, etc.
4 Years – 21 Years
Two well child visits per year:
- Monitoring and management of chronic conditions such as ADHD, asthma, seasonal allergies, autism, etc

Yes, we offer family plans tailored for the well-being of your little ones.
