Each medical visit will have at least one medical provider and one tech that comes to visit your home. The medical techs assist with registering the patient, taking vital signs, helping with any onsite lab tests that are run, and being an extra set of hands for help with certain procedures such as stitches for lacerations. Dr. Robert Wilkinson

Meet Dr. Robert Wilkinson, He is a dual-boarded physician in general pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine who has a passion for caring for sick and injured children. He hails from Provo, Utah, and graduated from Touro University Nevada in 2011. During his residency at Penn State Children’s Hospital in Hershey, PA, he was the chief resident and then went on to complete a 3-year fellowship at the University of New Mexico.
After discovering his love for Las Vegas during medical school, he decided to return and has since been the medical director of the pediatric emergency department at Summerlin Hospital for the past four years.
Dr. Wilkinson is truly dedicated to the health and well-being of the city’s pediatric population and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three boys. When he isn’t working, he is probably playing video games or exploring the great outdoors by camping or hiking.

As an advanced practice provider, along with pediatric critical care experience in the hospital and transport, and as a mother herself, she knows the importance of listening to children and their families as well as paying attention to detail. Hannah is committed to helping her patients and their families and enjoys getting to know them while addressing their health needs. Hannah’s interests include spending time with her husband and children enjoying camping and outdoor activities.

Nikki Cuasay
PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Nikki Cuasay is a dual board certified pediatric nurse practitioner for both acute and primary care who has built her extensive professional experience on intrinsic love and caring for children. After attaining her master’s degree in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2009, she worked as nurse practitioner in Summerlin Hospital Medical Center (SHMC) both in pediatric ICU and pediatric unit from 2010 until 2020. In 2015 she pursued her post graduate Studies for Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Arlington and became a full pledged pediatric acute care nurse practitioner while working concurrently at SHMC PICU. During this time, she also served the needs of acutely ill children at Sunrise Hospital Medical Center pediatric emergency room and in Summerlin Hospital Pediatric emergency room. At the height of pandemic, she decided to heed the call to help the acutely ill children in the ER and transitioned from acute care to primary care. This was a serendipitous change that expanded her clinical expertise that culminated to 15 years of astute critical, acute, and primary care that prepared her to start pediatric house call with Incredicare.
Prior to moving to the US, Nikki was a practicing physician in the Philippines. Her more than 20 years of dedication, hard work and steadfast medical and work ethic has also taught her to enjoy the finer things in life as integral to efficacy. When not busy at work, Nikki finds the time to indulge in her love for traveling, exploration, and photography.

She has over 13 years of acute care experience and is dedicated to caring for children who are well, sick, or injured. She has experience working in hospitals, along with primary care setting. She has lived in the valley for over 7 years, working at UMC and Summerlin Medical Center in their pediatric units. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, she worked at a Magnet, Level Trauma 1, teaching hospital in North Carolina for several years before working as a Travel Nurse. There, she started her career in pediatrics and then moved on to specialize in pediatric hematology/oncology, caring for children with different types of blood disorders and cancer for over 10 years. She firmly believes in providing the best care for children and their families. She understands that the health of the children in the Las Vegas valley is of utmost importance and she strives to advocate for her patients. She not only works as a pediatric nurse practitioner, but she also serves as a nursing instructor at Grand Canyon University, where she helps train, educate, and prepare students to enter the nursing workforce.
