At the core of Amanda’s professional journey lies a deep-rooted passion for pediatric care, nurtured by her personal experiences and fueled by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young patients and their families. Her career trajectory took a definitive turn when her oldest son spent a challenging month in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) after birth. This poignant experience not only strengthened her resolve to work with children but also instilled in her a profound understanding of the importance of compassionate care in healing and recovery.

With over 15 years of invaluable experience in the healthcare sector, Amanda’s credentials speak volumes about her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care (CPNP-PC) and by the Board Certification of Emergency Nursing (BCEN) as a Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN), she brings a unique blend of expertise and hands-on experience to her practice. This diverse skill set enables her to navigate the complexities of pediatric healthcare with precision and empathy, ensuring that every child under her care receives nothing short of the best.

Angela Sanchez is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. She has over 10 years of nursing experience, specializing in pediatric care her whole career. Originally from Seattle, she received her Bachelors of Nursing from Seattle University and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington, and has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings at the Children’s Hospital and community partners in Seattle. She loves providing holistic, evidence-based care to children and is continuously inspired by their resilience and strength. She is also passionate about teaching and empowering families to make informed decisions about their child’s medical care.

When Angela is not working, she enjoys reading, trying out new restaurants and coffee shops, visiting local and state parks, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.

Cynthia is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has spent the last 9 years caring for patients in the Las Vegas and Henderson valley. As a native to Las Vegas, she has worked as an acute care RN at the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and a newborn nursery RN at Summerlin Hospital before transitioning into her passion as a Nurse Practitioner in the Pediatric Urgent Care and primary care settings. Cynthia earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. Cynthia has a soft spot for caring for children of all ages and helping guide and support families during challenging times. As a parent of two young children and growing up with a sibling with disabilities, she understands and empathizes with how parents and families feel when their child or loved one is sick and has dedicated her career in advocating for those in need and making her patients feel safe and heard in her care.

In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, being with family and friends, cooking and baking, playing the cello, reading and writing, trying new cafes and restaurants, traveling and photography, and finding fun and creative ways to stay active.

Faith is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than six years of experience working in pediatrics, both as a registered nurse and as a nurse practitioner. Her career started in the pediatric emergency department at a Level 1 trauma center, and after working there for several years, she transitioned into her role as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care. Faith loves working with kids — she is very passionate about taking care of children and educating their family members on how to create healthier and happier lives for them.

When Faith is not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new restaurants — ask her about her favorite spots!

Ivy is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in pediatric primary care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University. She has over 13 years of acute care experience and is dedicated to caring for children who are well, sick, or injured. She has experience working in hospitals, along with primary care setting. She has lived in the valley for over 7 years, working at UMC and Summerlin Medical Center in their pediatric units. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, she worked at a Magnet, Level Trauma 1, teaching hospital in North Carolina for several years before working as a Travel Nurse. There, she started her career in pediatrics and then moved on to specialize in pediatric hematology/oncology, caring for children with different types of blood disorders and cancer for over 10 years. She firmly believes in providing the best care for children and their families. She understands that the health of the children in the Las Vegas valley is of utmost importance and she strives to advocate for her patients.  She not only works as a pediatric nurse practitioner, but she also serves as a nursing instructor at Grand Canyon University, where she helps train, educate, and prepare students to enter the nursing workforce. 

When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, hiking, camping, exploring nature, weightlifting, and trying different restaurants. 

Kristine Kate Alvarado is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She brings more than 13 years of Pediatric acute care clinical experience, including work in medical-surgical, hematology/oncology, and ICU settings at Sunrise Children’s Hospital. In addition to her clinical practice, Kristine is passionate about education and serves as a pediatric clinical instructor for nursing students at UNLV.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys an active lifestyle and values time with her husband and children. You can often find her supporting them at jiu-jitsu tournaments and football games. She also loves exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie and stays committed to health and wellness through regular strength training and outdoor activities.

Nikki Cuasay is a dual board certified pediatric nurse practitioner for both acute and primary care who has built her extensive professional experience on intrinsic love and caring for children. After attaining her master’s degree in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2009, she worked as nurse practitioner in Summerlin Hospital Medical Center (SHMC) both in pediatric ICU and pediatric unit from 2010 until 2020. In 2015 she pursued her post graduate Studies for Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Arlington and became a full pledged pediatric acute care nurse practitioner while working concurrently at SHMC PICU. During this time, she also served the needs of acutely ill children at Sunrise Hospital Medical Center pediatric emergency room and in Summerlin Hospital Pediatric emergency room. At the height of pandemic, she decided to heed the call to help the acutely ill children in the ER and transitioned from acute care to primary care. This was a serendipitous change that expanded her clinical expertise that culminated to 15 years of astute critical, acute, and primary care that prepared her to start pediatric house call with Incredicare.

Prior to moving to the US, Nikki was a practicing physician in the Philippines. Her more than 20 years of dedication, hard work and steadfast medical and work ethic has also taught her to enjoy the finer things in life as integral to efficacy. When not busy at work, Nikki finds the time to indulge in her love for traveling, exploration, and photography.
