IncrediCare Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dependable Pediatric Care Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our clinical staff to help provide a comfortable, positive experience for children and their families while supporting the day-to-day needs of our pediatric care team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clinical staff with basic patient care and preparation
- Welcome patients and families and help create a comfortable, friendly environment
- Prepare and organize examination and treatment areas
- Record basic patient information and vital signs as directed
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked patient areas
- Assist providers and nursing staff with routine procedures
- Follow established safety, sanitation, and patient privacy protocols
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, parents, and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare or pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working with infants, children, and families
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
